Emma Reynolds

Emma is an expert on talent management and development. She focuses in particular on Gen Y - attracting, engaging and getting the best from fresh talent.

Recently featured in Management Today's '35 Women Under 35', Emma is the former co-founder of e3Unlimited. Today, Emma speaks, researches and works globally on the generational and demographic challenges facing organisations and how to reinvent traditional approaches to talent attraction and talent management.

Emma started her career working on communication, org change and engagement projects for clients including Quantas, Travelex and the Australian Government. Taking time out in typical Gen Y fashion, she lived in Peru rebuilding devastatingly poor communities, teaching English, learning Spanish and visiting homes to try to establish a safe source of drinking water. She fell in love with the people of Peru and has since returned to the school and community where she worked to stay in touch with the close friends she made there.
