Ido van Der Heijden

Ido van der Heijden is Xinfu's corporate psychologist. He specialises in working in delicate personal and team situations and has worked around the world for over 30 years with executives at the highest levels of global businesses and drawn from a wide range of nationalities and cultural backgrounds.

Ido is a visiting fellow at Cranfield School of Management where he is responsible for the flagship "Personal Transformation for Leaders" programme. He graduated as a clinical psychologist in 1976 and since then has received extensive training in different forms of psychotherapy. His knowledge and experience cover a wide spectrum of approaches to human development, ranging from Freudian psychology, to NLP, and meditation.
