Jeremy is one of Xinfu's personal performance and leadership specialists.
With a career-long interest in human performance and a background in both finance and elite sports coaching, Jezz has collaborated with Alan Watkins for many years in his work on human performance and personal leadership including his proprietary spiral dynamics research on shifting the performance of corporate teams.
Jeremy is a passionate and committed sportsman and has been a coach to the Great Britain rowing squad since 1994. In his full time corporate career, Jeremy individually coaches senior leaders in FTSE100 & global businesses and leads team training and motivational events.
Jeremy's early career was in finance, as a derivatives trader and corporate financier. He holds a degree in Economics and Politics from Bristol University, a Post Graduate qualification in Corporate Finance and an MBA from Henley Management College.
