Michelle Li
Director, China Operations
Michelle has overall responsibility for all Xinfu business activities in China. She oversees our client engagements and operations and leads our business development in the market. She is currently managing our upcoming book which features in-depth interviews with over 100 of China’s leading private entrepreneurs and MNC and SOE leaders.
From a fully bilingual background, Michelle has over 8 years’ experience working between the US, Europe and China in the Automotive, Media, Entertainment and Fashion industries. In her previous career, Michelle was responsible for developing and facilitating the roll out of training programs for over 2,000 employees, and creating customer satisfaction strategies and initiatives for China.
She is experienced in spear-heading the development of large international deals, as well as establishing key relationships with Chinese private companies, multinational corporations, government bodies and the media.
Michelle graduated with honors from the University of Washington, Foster Business School in Seattle.
