Phil is Xinfu's personal performance specialist and works between London, the Middle East and the USA.

He works with a range of clients from Olympic athletes, Wasps rugby to very senior executives. He specialises in coaching executives to build effective, quick routines and habits that allow them to perform at their best everyday.

Having played national level Rugby and Cricket, Phil completed a Bsc in Sport and Exercise Science. A competitive power lifter, Phil writes extensively for fitness journals and has a book in preparation.
