Lead Partner for the UK, EMEA & Americas
Andy is Lead Partner for UK, EMEA & Americas markets at Xinfu, responsible for client engagement and management, as well as business development. Andy has over thirty years of global Media and Marketing experience, and has worked overseas throughout his career, including stints in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and the USA.
Prior to Xinfu, Andy has held multiple leadership roles, latterly from 2017-2020 on the Leadership Team of SDL Ltd. as Director of Global Accounts, a SaaS technology software company, where he drove their global Marketing Automation and AI sales strategy and processes into CMO's and C-Suite decision-makers.
Before that he spent over twenty years with Time Warner/TIME Inc. where he rose through the ranks with increasing responsibility, culminating with a final role on the global leadership team as SVP Global Accounts. Andy focused on driving revenue streams from Fortune Global 500 companies and agency networks, across multiple platforms. His broad senior Management role also included the revenue growth management of CEO level events, such as FORTUNE Global Forums. the global TIME 100 series, plus TIME Inc.'s relationship with the World Economic Forum in Davos. Andy has had great experience working with C-Suite level executives. He holds deep relationships with his clients, and is a passionate advocate of the power of brands and marketing. Andy is focused on working with leadership teams to help drive both bottom line growth and shareholder return, but also to help bring about positive change within the business.
His first senior role at TIME Warner was being named the International Publisher of TIME and FORTUNE, a position he held since 2013.
Andy first joined Time Warner in 1997 in London, and prior to that had worked at Saatchi & Saatchi for 8 years.
Outside of his work life, Andy is driven to succeed, to help people, care, and to keep innovating and learning. He has conquered Mount Kilimanjaro, reached Everest Base Camp, walked the Annapurna Circuit in Nepal, and played competitive rugby down in New Zealand. He is now Lead Girls Teams Coach at Winchester Rugby Football Club in Hampshire. He is also on the Development Board of Naomi House, a palliative and end-of-life care Charity, based in Hampshire. Andy is also a keen skier, and yachtsman having sailed in the Pacific from Auckland, via New Caledonia to Sydney with just three crew. He loves most types of music, spends as much time as he can doing all of this and more, with his three daughters, and wife of twenty-four years, Lee.
